Pics from the hospital

Jon-Jon, Me (Holly) and Sammy the Penguin before surgery.

Jon-Jon with Aunt Kim before surgery.

Jon-Jon with the amazing Dr Boydston and his lovely assistant, Kristy.

Jon-Jon right after surgery with the 2 clown Dr's.

One of the clown Dr's doing what he does best... making the kids smile! :)

My sister's two grandchildren, Colton and Cooper. Colton (in the orange shirt) has had to spend a lot of time at the Children's hospital... he has issues with his head.

The Children's life flight helicopter lands right outside our window! Scared me to death the first time it came in, and again several times during the night! Whenever I saw it land I always said a prayer for the child that was in it and thanked God that we have such a wonderful hospital for children.
Trying to entertain a sick 4 year old proved to be difficult at times. On this day Jon and I were making play dough animals. His poor eyes were so swollen he could barely see out of them!
Bella and Jon playing with his stuffed animals. Bella is my best friend Liz's oldest daughter.

Boston and Jon-Jon looking at the fish.
The beautiful Ms. Brystal. This is my niece, Jennifer's daughter.

Jack and Alexis in the hospital bed with Jonathan. He was thrilled to have them with him!
Alexis taking Jon for a walk.

Jack doing donuts in the lobby. Jonathan wanted him to go faster! Oh, those 2 scare me!

The Physical Therapist making Jonathan sit on the side of the bed.

The physical therapist making him walk before leaving the hospital. Look at that flat foot and how nice and tall he is standing!!!!!

Hi Holly, thanks for keeping us updated. I've been following along since we last saw you in the hospital. Charlie asks about Jonathan frequently; he wants to know if he's walking and when he can see him again. I was thrilled to hear that Jonathan's feet are flat on the floor! He already looks taller, even in the photo of him with the PT. He'll be running around in no time. We are all SO happy for Jonathan and your whole family! He's such a remarkable little man!

All our best,
Anita, John and Charlie
