Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Yes we are alive - I just haven't had time to blog!! Imagine that!

Things are going ok... we have defiantly had some bumps in the road, but that is to be expected when you have 6 kids in one house - 3 of which don't understand what we are saying and the other 3 pretend that they don't either! :)

I have defiantly decided that I can NOT be the Mother of 6 kids, but Josh is still convinced that he could be the Father of 6 kids! I will say that those years of being a waitress during college are finally paying off for me.... because I do at least have experience in waiting on multiple tables of people - never getting to sit down and never getting to eat the food that I am serving!!!! I have learned to hide food in the garage refrigerator and sneak out there occasionally to eat a bite or two! Speaking of food... Man these kids can put away food! Valia has gained 9lbs since she has been here, Sergey has gained 7 and Kolia 5!!!

Anyway, I will get on with the pictures because I do not have much time before someone realizes that I am sitting down! :)

Happy New Year to all!

Jackson and Kolia on our friends boat.
My kids at the park along with the other family that is hosting and a couple other friends
Our friends that are hosting 2 boys from Russia came to our house to be interviewed by our local newspaper. This is our kids with their kids in our living room. Front row (left to right) Gosha (host boy), Kolia, Denis (host boy), Jonathan, Valia, Alexis. Back row, Justin, Parker, Jackson, Brooks, Sergey.

Jackson with his new robot.
Alexis and Vaila during our spa day.
Our stockings were hung with care (there is even one for our dog, Cooper).
Kolia and Cooper have a "love/hate" relationship! Guess who loves and who hates!
Jonathan got "exactly what he wanted!"
The gang on Christmas morning!
Valia leaving cookies for Santa and carrots for the Reindeer! She kept wanting to leave more food for Santa after Christmas - I guess she thought that if she put food out for him he would come again!

Vaila, Kolia and Sergey at my MIL's house on Christmas Eve.

So sorry I didn't post sooner—thanks for the great update. Love all the photos. I'm sure being an "instant" mom to six must be overwhelming, but all your kids look so happy so you must be doing a super job.

Happy New Year Holly.
